The challenge here wasn't just a settling house — it was underpinning a finished, occupied multi-storey townhouse. Working space was tight and no large machinery could get in. So URETEK used hydraulically-jacked micropiles that can be installed from inside the home, and — crucially — load-tested every single pile to be certain each one genuinely carries its share of the weight.

Our engineers checked levels and set pile positions along the interior footings and load-bearing walls, opening the floor only where strictly necessary to keep impact on the living space to a minimum.

Compact hydraulic rams press the steel piles down segment by segment to firm strata, using the building's own weight as the reaction force — quiet, clean, and able to reach tight interior corners.
📊 Every Pile Load-Tested — The URETEK Difference
Each pile's hydraulic gauge pressure is read as it is jacked (pile 1, 2, 3 …) to confirm it meets the design load. This is per-pile quality control — not just driving deep enough and hoping.
✨ Clean Finish, Home Ready to Use
We welded the pile heads to the footing, cast concrete/grout to fill the voids, closed the floor, and cleaned up inside — letting the owner return to normal life immediately, on a foundation that is now stable.
