This home in Sukhaphiban 5 had settled along the edge next to a garden courtyard the owner had landscaped with plants and decorative hexagonal paving. The brief was to fix the foundation while disturbing the garden as little as possible, so URETEK used micropiles with small openings and careful, meticulous work.

🌿 The Brief: Underpin Without Ruining the Garden

The courtyard had both ornamental plants and decorative paving, so the repair had to open the floor only at specific points, avoid the planting lines, and keep the original materials for re-laying.

⚙️ Targeted Micropile Jacking

Small pockets were opened only at each pile position along the footing, and steel piles were hydraulically jacked to firm strata — compact equipment able to work in the confined garden.

📏 Level Control and Per-Pile Records

A laser level and pressure gauge controlled the lift, with pressure and depth logged for every pile for quality assurance.

🌱 Restoring the Garden to Its Original Look

Concrete was cast to close each point, the paving re-laid, and the plants set back in place — the courtyard restored to its former beauty, with a stable foundation and the settlement stopped.
