🏨 The Brief: Repair a Building That Stays Open

A resort keeps welcoming guests, so the repair had to avoid heavy machinery, keep noise and dust down, and work point by point so the rest of the property stayed usable.

📏 Survey & Laser Leveling

We inspected the cracks, took levels with a rotating laser, and monitored the cracks with a gauge to assess the settlement and set pile positions around the building.

⚙️ Micropile Jacking to Firm Strata

Footings were opened only at each point, steel piles jacked to firm strata with hydraulics, the pile heads welded to the existing footing, and pressure logged for every pile.
