📋 Survey & Perimeter Pile Layout

Our engineers took laser levels around the house, identified the settled areas, and laid out multiple pile positions around the footings (a pile layout plan) to distribute the load and rebalance the whole house.

⚙️ Hydraulic Jacking of the Micropiles

We opened the floor/excavated to each footing, then used hydraulic rams to press steel pile sections down segment by segment to firm strata, using the house's own weight as reaction force. Compact equipment works around the house in tight spaces.

📊 Load & Depth Recorded for Every Pile

Each pile's hydraulic pressure and depth were documented (pile 1, 2, 3 …) to confirm every one reached the load-bearing layer specified by the engineer — traceable, per-pile quality control.

🧱 Welding Pile Heads, Casting Concrete, Finishing

The pile heads were welded to the existing footings, concrete was cast to close each point, and the areas around the house were restored — bringing the house back to stability and permanently halting the settlement.
