Before starting, the team marked and measured crack widths as reference points. After the lift, the original cracks had visibly closed (before/after) — tangible evidence that the structure had returned to position.

📏 Survey: Measuring Cracks and Levels

Scale cards and tape were used to measure crack widths, together with laser leveling around the house, to assess the direction and amount of settlement before setting pile positions.

🕳️ Voids Beneath the Footing: The Hidden Cause

Opening the floor revealed voids and eroded soil beneath the beams/footings — the reason the structure had lost support and settled.

⚙️ Micropile Jacking to Re-Level

Steel piles were hydraulically jacked to firm strata, then the structure was gradually lifted back to level — achievable even in the narrow side gaps and under the floor — with pressure and depth recorded for every pile.

✅ The Result: Cracks Closed, Structure Stable

After completion, the cracks had closed, floors were back to level, and every pile was documented. The owner got both a stable home and concrete evidence that the problem was genuinely solved.
