Warehouse Floor Lifting at LF Logistics Bangphli with Polyurethane — No Racking Moved
The concrete floor at the LF Logistics Bangphli warehouse had settled beneath the tall storage racking. URETEK lifted and re-leveled it with polyurethane injection — working under the racking without moving goods or dismantling the racks, using clean-containment tents — while the warehouse kept operating.
For warehouses and distribution centres, an uneven or settled floor affects forklift travel and the safety of tall storage racking — but a rip-and-replace repair means moving stock and halting operations. So the LF Logistics Bangphli warehouse chose polyurethane floor lifting, which can be done while the warehouse keeps running.
📦 The Brief: Lift the Floor Without Moving Goods or Racking
The settled floor sat beneath fully-loaded tall racking, where breaking out the slab would severely disrupt operations. URETEK injected PU point by point beneath and around the racking — without moving stock or dismantling the racks.
🧼 Clean-Containment Tents
Because this is a warehouse (partly temperature/hygiene controlled), the team used plastic containment tents over the work area to control dust and keep the surrounding goods clean.
💠 Polyurethane Injection to Lift & Re-Level
Small holes were drilled, and polyurethane resin injected beneath the slab. The resin expands to fill voids and raises the floor back to level, controlled by laser — with the floor bearing load again as soon as the resin sets.
✅ The Result: A Level Floor, Back in Use Immediately
The floor returned to level (see before/after), forklifts run smoothly, and the racking is stable — with no shutdown and no need to move stock out.
