Warehouse Floor Lifting at LF Logistics Bangphli with Polyurethane — No Racking Moved

● LF Logistics, Bangphli

The concrete floor at the LF Logistics Bangphli warehouse had settled beneath the tall storage racking. URETEK lifted and re-leveled it with polyurethane injection — working under the racking without moving goods or dismantling the racks, using clean-containment tents — while the warehouse kept operating.

Soil Stabilization Beneath the Samrong Tai Pumping Station with Polyurethane — No Service Interruption

● Samrong Tai Pumping Station

The concrete apron around the Samrong Tai pumping station had settled as the underlying soil weakened. URETEK stabilized the soil and filled the voids by polyurethane injection — with a survey grid, laser control, before/after DCP soil testing, and pressure logged at every point — working overnight without interrupting the water supply.

A resort accommodation building in Suphanburi had settled and cracked. URETEK underpinned it with micropiles jacked to firm strata — working point by point with compact equipment to stop the settlement while minimising disruption to guests.

A home in the low-lying, soft-clay area of Khlong Sam Wa had settled at multiple points. URETEK installed micropiles throughout the interior at every column and footing position — including raking piles where needed — jacked to firm strata to stop the settlement across the whole house.

A home in Sukhaphiban 5 had settled next to a landscaped garden courtyard of plants and decorative paving. URETEK installed micropiles through small, targeted openings, worked carefully around the plants, and restored the garden to its original beauty.

Settled Home on Soft Soil, Sai Mai — Micropiles Driven Deep to Bearing Strata

A modern home in Sai Mai settling on very deep soft soil. URETEK underpinned it with micropiles jacked more than 20 metres down to genuinely load-bearing strata — working in the tight side alley, and logging pile count and depth for every pile.

A foundation-repair job in Samut Prakan using segmented steel micropiles. The key advantage: the piles are short steel tube sections jacked together into the ground, so they work in tight spaces and low headroom without a large pile-driving rig.

Settled Ground Floor Slab, Ratchaphruek Perfect Place — Lifted from Below with Micropiles

The ground-floor slab of a home in Ratchaphruek Perfect Place had settled and separated, opening a gap beneath the floor. URETEK worked in that under-floor space to install micropiles and lift the slab back from below — laser-controlled, with before/after crack checks — until the floor returned to position.
