A Settled Front-Porch Corner, Chaeng Watthana — Fixed with a Single Micropile

A front porch in Chaeng Watthana had settled at just one corner, stepping down and pulling away from the column. URETEK didn't need to underpin the whole line — a single micropile at the porch column base, driven to firm strata, lifted the corner back +6 mm to level and finished the job in one day.

The extension of this Bang Phli home is a two-storey, 4×10 m structure — heavy, and starting to settle. URETEK underpinned it with six micropiles in a row, driven to firm strata as deep as 28 m, working along the side wall around the AC units and garden — backed by a 36-month warranty.

The kitchen-and-laundry extension of this Khlong Sam Wa home had settled — while the house was still fully lived in and packed with belongings. URETEK underpinned it with three micropiles that work point by point in tight space beside the appliances, opening pits just 50×50 cm each, with no need to clear out the room.

The external steel staircase and walkway of this waterfront home had settled at their base — the supporting concrete cracked and the wall starting to split. URETEK underpinned it with hydraulically jacked micropiles bracketed directly to the steel beams, driven to firm strata, then re-leveled — without dismantling the steel frame.

A 2-storey detached home in Mahachai had settled on soft coastal clay. URETEK underpinned it with micropiles jacked 26–27 m down to firm strata — logging the pressure and millimetre-precise lift of every pile for full traceability.

A home in Sukhaphiban 5 had settled next to a landscaped garden courtyard of plants and decorative paving. URETEK installed micropiles through small, targeted openings, worked carefully around the plants, and restored the garden to its original beauty.
